DAY 3. I’ve been on a bag-shopping diet for more than seven months now. My husband and I made a deal last January that I will not buy any bag for one year. If I don’t buy any bag, he will buy me this one bag that I really, really, really like. I agreed because I so want to have that bag.

I’m not sure if I still have the heart to buy that bag when the deal is over. I still want it but it’s just too expensive. My husband agreed to buy me one but with the coming baby, I might just feel guilty.

Oh well, I have a feeling the “magic bag” won’t be in my possession next year but that’s okay. I’d rather he spend it on our child, a new jewelry for me, or a Teslar watch. I don’t know. We’ll see.

I have five more months before I could buy a new bag. I can only buy diaper bags for now but I guess I’d leave that to my friends to give me (haha!). For now, I find joy in using what was left of my precious collection. Allow me to show you a few of my favorite things:

Kate Spade Canvass Bag. Been dying to have one when I saw a girl at the mall carrying a yellow one so I checked eBay and got myself the black and green one.

Gucci Tote Bag. A bit expensive but I super love it! I’ll give this to my future daughter. Hihi.

Marc Jacobs Tote Ba. I fell in love with the color old rose. Plus I find the Jacobs by Marc Jacobs, Marc by Marc Jacobs print makulit. :p

Vintage Hermes Canvas. Ah yes, I am proud to say I own an Hermes. Okay, not the Birkin but just this canvas bag. At least it’s an Hermes. Isn’t it obvious I’m into canvas bags?

La Bagagerie Shopping X. I got this over the Internet but I know there’s a La Bagagerie shop in Shangrila Mall. My sister checked the price and told me about it. I didn’t get it at the price she mentioned but yeah, this one is expensive. I’m getting bored with it so I might sell it one of these days. The design is classic though. I know it won’t go out of fashion.

Longchamp Le Pliage. Ah, the famous Longchamp. Been seeing a lot of woman carrying this plain-looking nylon bag so I was intrigued. Searched about it, fell in love with the pale pink nylon, and got it. I got the photo from Google since I’m too lazy to take a photo. Mine doesn’t have the zipper though. I got the limited edition open Le Pliage.

These are just some of the bags I love to use. I still have the gray Charles & Keith bag I got from Singapore, My Therapy carry-all bags, Debenhams, Mango bags, and my Vivienne Westwood bag as other favorites. I don’t  use some of them anymore but I just can’t seem to let go of ‘em. And yeah, I really have no idea when I’ll be able to buy a new one so I guess I’d just keep and use whatever I have.

Wait, since I’m only allowed to buy diapers bags. I am contemplating on getting this:

I’m gonna have a baby boy so I think this is just perfect for me, errr…him. I haven’t asked permission from my husband yet because I’m afraid he won’t allow me. :p
