Fitness First
After finishing that article on Walkertracker, I was reminded that there’s a treadmill waiting for me. It’s all I can do now. Walk.Run.Walk. I am too lazy to go to the gym and I think it would be more expensive because I’d have to pay for the membership, travel, and gym clothes! So I decided to buy a treadmill instead. I need to lose weight. Fast! I am content with my build but I wish to lose my flabs. I can no longer call it ‘baby fats’ because I am past my 20s. One more year and I’ll be a quarter to a hundred. Yikes! It’s about time…..that I get fit. Sleep right. Eat right. Just be healthy! I am not getting any younger you know. I don’t have the treadmill, I’ll have it tomorrow and I shall start getting fit. Yeah right.
All I need is a little more motivation. Hmmm…THAT or a shopping reward perhaps?Because if I am successful with this “lose weight project”, then I’d NEED clothes that will fit me just right and not hang. LOL.

20 minutes a day (@ least)
first 2 weeks: pre-conditioning - walking to brisk walking
after first 2 weeks: brisk walking to jogging. @ least 20 mins/day
the point: sustained increased heart rate for 20 mins. preferably with perspiration
gear: rubber shoes (this is a must) to decrease risk of injury
diet: decrease carb intake proportionately. meal should be the size of two fists (rice and main course). never miss breakfast and eat at least 3 times a day.
result: sexy body!:)
