My First Full 20 Minutes
I just finished my first full 20 minutes walking on the treadmill. I must say, it’s so exhausting. I forgot the last time I walked ‘that far’ and ‘that long’. The only walking I know is on my way to church and in the malls. Haaay. I need to get used to this for the next 2 weeks and then start brisk walking…then run! Ack!
I started yesterday actually but it was a mere 10 minutes…wearing slippers. But this afternoon, I decided to wear my rubber shoes. I paired it with a very colorful PowerPuff Girls socks. Hair up in a pony tail. I am still in my sleeping dress so imagine what I looked like. Very funny.
I now have my motivation. Josh keeps on telling me to use it. And yeah, I will. I promise because I need to lose a few pounds and a few flabs here and there so I can fit into a really nice wedding gown. Hahaha! Kidding. ![]()

do the interval, one minute running, one minute walking :- ) for 15 min initially, then longer… :- ) congrats! welcome to the exercise world! : - )

hay… tell me about it… i stopped going to the gym for a month kaya eto… lahat ng kinain ko sa dumaguete ay lumabas sa katawan… hehehe.. am back to fish and vege these days… to decrease the fat i gained at the stomach area!!! wahhhhh talaga! : -)
